Primary Teacher

The goal is to help cultivate the students’ interest in education and be their dedicated ally in the entire process of learning and development.

**Responsibilities**

Follow each child and identify their needs using Montessori wisdom

Observe, Analyse, Plan and Prepare the Lesson plans for the week, month and year for each child

Present Montessori lessons to Children as per plan and document observations everyday

Create and distribute educational content (worksheets, notes, summaries, assignments etc.)

Assess and record Child’s progress and define plan of action

Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom and upkeep of Montessori materials

Collaborate with head teacher and other teachers for bridging knowledge gaps, if any

Engage appropriately with parents and stakeholders by the order of the organisation

Plan and execute educational outdoor activities and events

Develop and enrich professional skills by taking necessary Montessori training by the School.

Who can apply?

Graduates with Diploma in Montessori from accredited Montessori Centres or

Certifications/Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, or a related discipline

Additional courses or training in education would be advantageous.

Passion for alternative education

Ability to teach groups of children of varying ages, needs, and abilities.

Patience and excellent observational, communication, and diagnostic skills.

The ability to multitask, keep calm under pressure, and treat everyone with love and respect.

Excellent planning and organizational skills.

A lifelong learner who can be a good role model for children.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
