Job Overview:
As a Tinkering and Hands-On Experimentation Specialist, you will lead the development and implementation of engaging and interactive experiments, projects, and activities spanning the fields of chemistry, physics, biology, and related sciences. Working closely with students and faculty, you will inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for scientific exploration through hands-on learning experiences. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and a commitment to fostering a culture of innovation within our school community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and facilitate hands-on experiments, demonstrations, and projects that align with the school curriculum and educational standards.
- Create innovative learning materials, kits, and resources to support experiential learning in chemistry, physics, biology, and other scientific disciplines.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate hands-on activities and inquiry-based learning approaches into lesson plans and classroom instruction.
- Mentor and guide students in conducting scientific investigations, analyzing data, and drawing conclusions based on empirical evidence.
- Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and best practices.
- Develop and implement assessment tools and methods to evaluate student learning outcomes and measure the effectiveness of hands-on experimentation initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in science education, tinkering, and maker culture.
- Organize and facilitate extracurricular activities, workshops, and competitions to showcase students' projects and achievements.
- Cultivate a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and innovation among students, fostering a lifelong passion for science and experimentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
