**Job description**
- The position requires an aptitude for laboratory bench work.
- Hands-on expertise in molecular biology experimental procedures is needed.

**Essential Qualifications, Experiences, and Skills**:
1. Masters or Bachelors degree in any life sciences discipline.
2. Hands-on experience in basic molecular biology techniques.
3. Strong aptitude for laboratory work and should be a detail-oriented person.
4. Basic IT skills that include familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
5. Ability to maintain accurate records of laboratory work.
6. Willingness to learn, and should be a team player.

**Desirable Experiences and Skills**:
1. Hands-on experience in NGS library preparation.
2. Prior work experience in the Industry.
3. Good understanding of Illumina NGS technology.
4. Experience in the lab accreditation processes like NABL etc.
