Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

Job Summary: At Ativitaa, we are looking for a creative and talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work under the supervision of senior designers and be responsible for assisting with the design and production of various marketing and advertising materials for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage visual assets such as illustrations, icons, and graphics.
- Ensure that all design work aligns with the client's brand guidelines and messaging.
- Collaborate with senior designers, copywriters, and project managers to ensure that all creative work is delivered on time and meets the client's requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure that our work remains innovative and competitive.
- Attend meetings and brainstorming sessions to provide input and ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative agency.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and expertise.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
