**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and implement engaging and effective curriculum aligned with educational standards.
- **Instruction**: Deliver high-quality instruction to students of varying levels, abilities, and backgrounds.
- **Assessment**: Use a variety of assessment strategies to measure student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- **Individualized Instruction**: Provide support and guidance to students who require additional help, including those with learning disabilities or language barriers.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- **Professional Development**: Stay current with developments in mathematics education and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- **Parent Communication**: Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns or questions.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience for students.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience teaching mathematics at the middle or high school level.
- Strong knowledge of mathematics content and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Proficiency in educational technology and willingness to integrate it into instruction.

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
