E-Commerce Executive Job Description

We are looking for a E-Commerce manager to oversee the development and utility of our company's income-generating sites (AMAZON, NYKAA, MYNTRA, PURPPLE, SMYTTEN, FLIPKART, BIGBASKET etc ).

To ensure success as an E-Commerce manager, you should remain knowledgeable about relevant trends and innovations in E-Commerce.

Ultimately, a brilliant E-commerce manager will endeavor to enhance their skill set by continually learning about adjacent techniques that might improve collaboration between departments.

The E-Commerce manager will be required to conduct research on effective website layouts and features, advise on evidence-based and experimental changes to our platforms to increase the SALES, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
 More than 3 years E-commerce Experience in similar industry and must be Graduate.

 Having Good Communication, Proven presentation and interpersonal skills, should have worked in similar profile before.

Job Description:
 Responsible for the development and performance of the online business channel.

 Revenue generation from E-commerce portals and executing strategy & partnerships that can help in incremental & profitable growth

 Work closely with digital marketing team to ensure sufficient visibility for our products and ensure strong participation in marketing events conducted on the platforms

 End to end management of the E commerce channel for our products by leveraging key partnerships with industry leading E Commerce partners.

 Responsible for managing supply chain operations and end to end customer management, sales growth of the accounts.

 Manage appropriate product promotions on all E Commerce platforms in collaboration with the Marketing team - consumer promos, visibility etc.

 Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.

 To achieve Monthly, quarterly and Annual Business Targets for his/her Key Accounts

 On-board new accounts - lead commercial discussions and list on new ecommerce platforms - Identify, quantify, and define feature enhancements to improve our service offerings based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive products

 Coordinate with internal operations team for accurate and timely dispatch of goods.

 Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.

 Product Strategy, Presentation skills, Product Positioning, E-Commerce, Cataloging, Vendor Management, Business Development, Online Business, Marketing Planning, Operations Management.

 Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

 Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks.
