Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze, design, and implement solutions involving BRM, NCC, OSM, and Policy Management systems.
- Configure and support telecom billing systems (BRM) for rating, invoicing, and revenue management.
- Work with OSM for order orchestration, service fulfillment, and provisioning flows.
- Integrate NCC with policy engines for real-time charging and control.
- Collaborate with network teams to align Policy Management functions with QoS and data management goals.
- Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution across the BSS stack.
- Support testing, deployment, and maintenance of telecom solutions.
- Document processes, configurations, and workflows.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle BRM for telecom billing and revenue operations.
- Expertise in NCC for real-time charging, balance management, and prepaid/postpaid convergence.
- Experience with OSM for order orchestration and service provisioning.
- Solid understanding of Policy Management frameworks in telecom (PCRF, PCF).
- Familiarity with telecom standards such as TM Forum, 3GPP.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team across functional areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in system integrations using SOAP/REST, WebLogic, or middleware tools.
- Knowledge of scripting (Shell, Perl) or programming (Java, PL/SQL) for custom extensions.
- Prior experience in telecom OSS/BSS transformations.
