As a Business Development Manager (Value Added Services), you are responsible for driving the growth and profitability of Royal Drive Care’s luxury car garage by identifying, developing, and implementing value-added services that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and service teams to create innovative service offerings that align with the brand’s luxury positioning. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that the garage remains competitive in the market by offering unique and premium services that meet the evolving needs of high-end customers.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- You are a strategic thinker, a proactive problem-solver, and a skilled negotiator.
- Your ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders sets you apart.
- You are results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving business objectives and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Training**
- Training in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Initial training in luxury automotive services and customer relationship management by Royal Drive Care.
- Basic training on products, features and technology.
- Initial training in specific delivery system and work processes.
- Short term training on soft skills - behavioural and communication training.

**Experience**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the luxury automotive or high-end service industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful value-added services.
- Strong understanding of luxury customer expectations and market trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and regional languages.

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling service packages and promotional campaigns.

- Monitor and analyse the performance of new services, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
