Packaging Supervisor

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Schedule and coordinate packaging team members to meet production demands
- Train new hires on properpackaging procedures and company policies
- Inspect products for defects and quality assurance
- Assist in the development of packaging prototypes
- Work with vendors to procure packaging materials
- Negotiate pricing for packaging materials
- Manage inventory of packaging materials
- Develop and implement packaging process improvements
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth product flow
- Generate reports on packaging department productivity
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory agencies

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business,engineering, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in a packaging or production environment
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
- 4+ years’ experience in a packaging or production environment
- Experience with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodology
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
