**Job Title - Parabroker**

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Have a strong knowledge of banks policies and procedures
- Ensuring that the loan chosen meets the lenders criteria on policy and income types
- Order valuations
- Assessing servicing and potentially managing high net worth and complex structure clients in conjunction with the broker
- Some knowledge of Australian tax law
- Being able to competently read complex financials and understand what income we can use for each lender.
- Other items from time to time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- knowledge of Australian tax law: 1 year (preferred)
