**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele caller Executive to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with customers, providing information about our products/services, and maintaining positive client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services.
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, concerns, and interests.
- Achieve assigned calling and conversion tasks as per business requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller/Telemarketer/Customer Service Executive preferred (freshers can also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
