**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons for Pre-Primary and Primary school students, based on the curriculum and school guidelines.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, self-expression, and respect for others.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including play-based learning, to engage children in developmentally appropriate activities.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching methods to ensure individual learning needs are met.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in regular meetings to discuss student progress, school activities, and professional development.
- Communicate with parents about their child’s development and needs through regular updates, meetings, and reports.
- Promote social, emotional, and behavioral development by using appropriate strategies and techniques.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities, field trips, and events that enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
- Valid teaching certification.
- Proven experience teaching young children (Pre-Primary and Primary levels).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.
- Knowledge of child development and educational strategies for early childhood.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Creativity and adaptability in lesson planning and teaching.
- Fluency in English.

**Preferred**:

- Previous experience in a similar role or teaching environment.
- Knowledge of modern educational technology and teaching tools.
- Experience working in a multicultural or diverse environment.
