Job Description: Diesel Generator Sales Representative

Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and create action plans to expand the business.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales tactics.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and complaints.

3. Technical and Product Expertise:

- Work closely with the engineering and product teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and maintenance requirements.

4. Sales Operations:

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
- Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the company and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the sales process.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:

- Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the diesel generator or power equipment industry.
- Experience in B2B sales, project sales, or industrial product sales.
- Skills:

- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
- Other: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
- Expansion of client base and market share.
- Client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Sales team performance and development.
