Who will be responsible for managing the communication and process flow when customers send faulty products for servicing. This role involves updating customers on product status, maintaining accurate records in Excel and CRM software, handling inbound customer calls, and having basic technical knowledge to assist in electronic product servicing.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Ensure timely repair and servicing of products.
Update customers once products are repaired and dispatched.
Maintain detailed service records in Excel and CRM software.
Handle inbound calls to understand and record customer issues clearly.
Provide basic troubleshooting support over the phone (if applicable).
Ensure all customer interactions are professional and timely.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, service coordination, or a similar role.
Basic knowledge of electronics and product servicing.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
Strong communication skills in English and local language.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests efficiently.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Problem-solving attitude and customer-focused mindset.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
