**1. Curriculum Delivery**:

- Teach Environmental Studies as per the prescribed syllabus and curriculum.
- Use innovative and interactive teaching methods to explain concepts related to the environment, nature, and community.

**2. Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Encourage students to actively participate in discussions and group activities.
- Assess and address the individual learning needs of students.

**3. Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Develop and administer tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student performance.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain accurate records of their progress.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate with parents during parent-teacher meetings.

**4. Environmental Awareness Activities**:

- Organize and supervise activities such as planting drives, recycling projects, and eco-awareness campaigns.
- Encourage students to adopt eco-friendly practices in their daily lives.

**5. Collaboration and Professional Development**:

- Attend training programs, workshops, and staff meetings to stay updated on teaching methods and trends.

**6. Classroom Resources**:

- Prepare and maintain teaching aids such as charts, models, and multimedia presentations.
- Ensure the availability of required materials and resources for lessons and activities.

**Skills and Qualifications**:Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) with a specialization in Environmental Studies, Science, or Social Studies.
- A diploma or certification in primary teaching is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of environmental concepts and teaching methodologies for primary school students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage young learners.
- Creativity in planning lessons and activities.
- Patience and empathy to understand the needs of young children.
- Basic knowledge of classroom technology and digital teaching tools.

- Familiarity with the primary school curriculum and age-appropriate pedagogies.
