**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- 8-12 years of Network support experience with over 2 years recent experience as technical leadership role, who can contribute with end to end driving the implementation of key industry best practices on technical services around 5G, LTE, Edge, Microwave, Routers, Switches etc. (Telecommunication service ( Nokia, Ericsson, etc..)
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills to represent Kyndryl in front of very Senior technical counterpart from customer side
- Independent-thinker and self-starter, who can work well within team environment.
- Organizing skills to do multitasking while working on varied technical assignment
- Vendor certification (5G, 4G, LTE, CCNP, Routing & Switching etc.) is desirable
- Experience to work with MNC customer on remote support & ready to work in ANZ/UK /US geography

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Strong Knowledge on Telecommunication Services, 5G, 4G, LTE, Wireless, DATA is mandatory
- Strong knowledge on LAN, MPLS, VPN and support experience
- Strong conceptual & hands on experience in providing L3 +/SME level support on below products:

- Firewall (Juniper SRX, Big F5)
- Routers (Cisco 800, 1000, 1800, 2600, 2800, 2900, 3800, 3900, 7200)
- Switches (Cisco 29xx, 3xxx, 4xxx and 65xx series Catalyst switches)
- Cisco Nexus Switches (7000, 5000 and 2000 Series)

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Advance skills in Isolating & troubleshooting the issue. And excellent documenting skill on writing the RCA thereafter.
- Well versed with troubleshooting tools, techniques and methodology including advance troubleshooting skills at packet levels using Sniffer/ Wireshark / TCPDUMP/ Snoop etc.
- Documentation skills to create SOP and network Diagram using MS Visio is preferred
