_Purchase and Sales Coordinator_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- _Tally Software Management_: Efficiently manage and update sales and purchase records using Tally.
- _Negotiation_: Negotiate terms with suppliers and customers to ensure favorable deals and maintain strong business relationships.
- _Inventory Management_: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and timely replenishment.
- _Documentation_: Prepare, organize, and maintain all necessary documents related to sales and purchases.
- _Bidding Process_: Manage and participate in the bidding process on various websites, including the GeM portal.
- _Reporting_: Generate and analyze sales and purchase reports to assist in strategic decision-making.
- _Travel_: Be ready to travel for sales assignments as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Tally software.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the GeM portal and other bidding platforms is a plus.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel for sales assignments as required.
