**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data tracking for onboarding and retaining supply for our Jobs product
- Creating processes for efficient tracking
- Brainstorming and rolling out incentive programs. Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and brainstorming sessions

to learn from experienced developers and contribute ideas.
