Applies Advanced Quality planning techniques such as SPC ,FMEA, Control plan and MSA to evaluate supplier’s manufacturing ability to produce products with a stable process.
- Provide training to less-senior and inspectors with quality functions.
- Work with suppliers to improve product and process quality through onsite workshops.
- Lead APQP team during new product launches and responsible for PPAP submission
- Project management ,Problem solving skills and can demonstrate a track record to achievements to date
- Lead cross -functional Product quality Teams.
- Facilitate efforts with suppliers on new product developments and improvements to existing products process sheets to a new format
- Create PFMEA for existing products.
- Provide specific direction and feedback to team members and ensure execution of assigned responsibilities in order to maximize line performance in terms of productivity and quality.
- Performing standardized qualitative and quantitative tests on work in Process and finished products ensure compliance with company and /or customer quality standards
- External responsibility conducts Material test chemical and mechanical properties at various stages of sample and Raw material incoming.
- Review of Drawing At the feasibility stage and define Processes.
- Validation of jig And Fixture According to Plan and APQP timing Plan
- Prepare PPAP documents During ADVANCED PRODUCT QUALITY PLANNING and Submit to Costumers.
- Perform MSA and SPC to insure in-process capability study
- Calibrates, Clean and Maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Identify and implement countermeasures to improve safety ,Quality ,efficiency and cost metrics.
- Inspection of ECD (Effective Case Depth ) ,Hardness of Hardening Parts with Hardness Taster of Micro Viker, Rockwell and Brinell Testers.
- Layout inspection of All new sample Products with Ballooning Drawings and Submit to Customers.
- Conduct internal and external Process, Product and system Audits.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
