**Job Requirements**Position Overview**

**Position Title : Innovation Evangelist - India/Europe/NA (3 regional positions)**

**Reporting To : Global Head of Innovation**

**Scope**:
The Innovation Evangelist will be at the forefront of leading and building Quest Global’s **_Innovation Engine_**. Over the last 27 years, Quest Global has built two engines of growth - the Organic engine (VBUs, Verticals) and the Inorganic engine (M&A) - both of which are about 10000 passionate engineers each.

The third engine that is being incubated - the **_Innovation engine_** - will propel us further into the growth aspirations of the next 10-15and 100 years. The innovation engine will drive growth with the following broad objectives:

- ** Innovating to transform the world**
- ** Solving the hardest problems**
- ** Generating IP**

To begin with, there will be learning, experimenting & building from scratch. And then put together processes, systems, best practices etc. The person will work closely with the CEO and Chief Innovation Officer. He/she together processes, systems, best practices etc will interact with a variety of stakeholders - customers, startups, universities, government bodies & be responsible for putting together processes, systems and best practices.

A person who is high energy, hungry, passionate about innovation & technology, results-driven individual who can figure out how to work independently without well defined processes or metrics, build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders and deliver results in a fuzzy & dynamic environment.

The individual must be familiar with atleast one of the Industries that we operate in. We are looking for someone who can scout around and identify customer/industry problems/pain points, work with a diverse set of people from startups, universities, government bodies, SMEs, analysts to build solutions to the identified problems.

**Key Responsibilities (for the next 12 months)**:

- Explore, understand, seek out relevant problem statements from analysts, advisors, customers etc
- Explore & engage with startups & universities on means to solve problems as and when we have them identified
- Help in developing the processes, metrics needed for the Innovation engine
- Establish working rhythms within the team

**Work Experience**Skills And Qualifications**:

- Basic domain knowledge of any one (or more) of the industries we operate in
- Strong communication, networking & influencing skills
- Engineering knowledge across the product lifecycle will be an added advantage
- Willing to quickly learn about new technologies and the kind of problems they can solve
- Experience working with global & cross functional teams, diverse geos/cultures

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree - Engineering.
- Master’s degree - preferred
