**Responsibilities**:

- Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print materials. Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs. Stay updated on industry trends and design tools.
- Brainstorm and conceptualize ideas for design projects. Transform concepts into visual assets that effectively communicate the intended message.
- Ensure consistency in design elements and branding across all platforms. Work closely with the marketing team to align designs with brand guidelines.
- Receive feedback from team members and clients and incorporate necessary changes. Iterate on designs based on constructive criticism.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills.
- Understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
