Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the pre-primary department (Nursery to UKG).
2. Mentor and supervise teachers to ensure effective lesson planning and delivery.
3. Develop and implement curriculum and activities promoting holistic development.
4. Handle parent-teacher interactions, concerns, and feedback.
5. Ensure classroom environment and resources support learning.
6. Monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement interventions.
7. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations for teachers.
8. Maintain records, reports, and documentation.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
10. Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and progress reports.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education (B.Ed./M.Ed.).
2. Proven experience (5+ years) in teaching and leadership roles.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Pleasing personality, patient, and empathetic.
5. Ability to mentor, motivate, and manage a team.
6. Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
7. Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/International curricula.
Desirable Qualities:
1. Certification in child psychology or special education.
2. Experience with curriculum development and implementation.
3. Knowledge of educational technology and digital tools.
4. Training in first aid and child safety.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
