We are looking for a skilled and creative **Graphic Designer + Video Editor** to join our communications team. This dual-role position requires an individual with a strong background in both graphic design and video editing, who can create compelling visual content across various platforms. You will play a key role in developing and executing creative strategies to amplify our mission and engage our audience through digital media, print materials, and video content.

**Key Responsibilities**:Graphic Design**:

- **Design Visual Assets**: Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, banners, brochures, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- **Branding**: Ensure all visual content aligns with Narayan Seva Trust’s branding and communication standards.
- **Print & Digital Design**: Design print materials such as posters, flyers, and event invitations as well as digital content like infographics and social media posts.
- **Campaign Design**: Collaborate with the marketing team to design visuals for fundraising campaigns, awareness programs, and community outreach events.

**Video Editing**:

- **Video Production**: Edit and produce video content including promotional videos, event coverage, success stories, interviews, and awareness campaigns.
- **Post-Production**: Manage all aspects of video post-production including color correction, audio mixing, transitions, and special effects.
- **Content Optimization**: Repurpose longer videos into shorter clips for social media platforms and ensure content is optimized for each platform’s requirements.
- **Motion Graphics**: Create animations and motion graphics to enhance video storytelling.

**General Responsibilities**:

- **Collaborative Teamwork**: Work closely with the communications, marketing, and fundraising teams to execute creative projects.
- **Innovative Ideas**: Stay updated with the latest design and video trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.
- **Multimedia Integration**: Combine graphic design and video content to create a cohesive visual experience across all media platforms.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in both graphic design and video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing your work (experience in the non-profit sector is a plus).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design for both print and digital media.
- Ability to create engaging visual narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their content specifications (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Video Editing, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
