**Job Title**: Account Executive

**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year in accounting or a similar role

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update financial records, including managing inward and outward transactions.
- Process and record GST transactions accurately and prepare GST returns as per statutory requirements.
- Use Tally and ERP software to manage and analyze accounts data, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Generate financial reports, maintain balance sheets, and support month-end closing processes.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Support external and internal audits by ensuring accurate financial records.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial policies and standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a related role.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Solid understanding of GST, including preparation and filing of returns.
- Knowledge of handling inward/outward financial transactions.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in Accounts Dept. is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting tools.
