Raman Kant Munjal Foundation is the CSR initiative of Hero Groups. Founded in 1992, we have been working proactively at grassroot level in enriching and energizing lives by helping the less privileged and thus enabling to build a happier and healthier community and society.

At Raman Kant Munjal Foundation, we believe that education is the founding stone of any progressive society and nation. The future of any nation truly depends on how educated the children are. In India, the right to education act makes education a fundamental right of each child. With this belief, RKMF has set-up remedial centers across Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Uttarakhand to educate government schools going children to improve their grade level competencies.

RKMF also work with low-fee private schools through a capacity building program: Pathakshala through which we equip teachers with the required skills to build a better future for their students.

Pathakshala has been designed to improve knowledge and skillset of teachers and encourage a shift in mindset along the way. This program has been conducted online in the last two years and this year we are looking at a hybrid model. The focus areas are Improving English Skills, Classroom Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Professional Development and Pedagogy. The program is delivered in 20 sessions over 5 months.

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and determined to impact lives of underprivileged people.

Knowledge: You must have a deeper understanding of the educational system and landscape in India. You should be able to design training modules along with the team. You must have different strategies and approaches to cater to the need of the schools.

Skillset - You must have trained teachers before. You must have good communication skill (both Hindi and English). You should be able to take data driven decision.

Mindset
- You must be willing to learn. You must be willing to collaborate and work.
- Design training modules for Pathakshala.
- Create training content keeping in mind the student learning outcome.
- Facilitate training sessions
- Managing calendar for the program
- Help recruit schools for the program.
- Create monthly report and manage data.
- Set goals for the program and strategizing with the team on how to achieve it
- Quantify impacts and analyse the outcomes
- Maintain records of weekly plans and data.
- Report to the Program Manager and RKMF representatives on the updates

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
