**Urgent Opening of General Manager(GM) - Works -**:
**Location : Kalamsar, Khambhat,Gujarat**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Oversee end to end operations, ensuring seamless production, logistics & quality control.**:

- **Lead all operations: manufacturing, R&D, sales, supply chain, HR, Production.**:

- Lead & mentor cross
- functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation & excellence
- **Manage production planning, process optimization, and quality control using equipment like HPLC and spray dryers.**:

- Drive strategy, innovation, and global market growth.
- Manage budgets, resources, and sustainability.
- **Lead staff, manage unions, and engage with directors.**:

- Mitigate risks and maintain quality standards..
- **Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and labor regulations, including effluent treatment systems.**:

- **Optimize resource utilization, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.**:

- **Lead and train plant staff, managing labor relations and union negotiations.**:

- **Collaborate with directors to meet production and quality targets.**

- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial acumen.
- In-depth knowledge of safety, environmental, and labor compliance.

**Work Experience Requirements**:

- **20+ years in chemical manufacturing, with 10+ years in senior leadership**:

- Qualifications**:B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry; MBB or advanced degree preferred**.
