Job Title: Creative Executive - Video & Graphic Content

Location: Vashi

Department: Creative / Marketing / Media

Reports To: Creative Director / Head of Marketing

**Job Type**: 10am To 7pm / Contract / Freelance

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and execute creative video and graphic design projects for campaigns, social media, advertising, branding, and digital marketing.

Storyboard, script, shoot, and edit videos including promotional, explainer, behind-the-scenes, and event coverage content.

Design compelling visual assets such as banners, thumbnails, social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and print collateral.

Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

Stay updated on the latest design and video trends, tools, and techniques to continuously innovate and improve creative output.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain an organized archive of all creative assets and ensure proper file management and version control.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a creative role with a strong portfolio showcasing both video and graphic design work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and/or other relevant tools (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, etc.).

Strong storytelling skills and a keen eye for visual detail, color, typography, and composition.

Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.

Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.

Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have:
Experience with photography, sound design, or 3D graphics.

Familiarity with digital marketing, branding strategy, or UI/UX design principles.

Working knowledge of social media algorithms and platform-specific creative best practices.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
