**Position**: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

**Location**:Lucknow/Delhi NCR

**Job Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and manage engaging job postings across job portals and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers / placement officers to understand specific role requirements and design customized hiring strategies.

**Must-Have Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven **3-5 years of experience as a Recruiter in BPO industry**.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and modern hiring tools.
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:

- Experience in conducting campus interviews and walk in recruitment drives will be an added advantage
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously is a must have skill.
- Should have a **proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented approach**to work.
- Experience of hiring for diverse roles & position
- Expertise in creating job descriptions and engaging content for talent acquisition.
