Position Overview

1. As a Real Estate Professional, you will serve as an Individual Contributor,

specializing in both primary and secondary luxury residential properties.

2. Your responsibilities include managing leads provided by the company,

showcasing properties to clients and ensuring closures from those leads.

3. Organisation shall provide support will be provided in terms of buyer & seller

leads, technology platform for managing leads, associate support for carrying

out site visits, high quality oNice infrastructure and a network within the industry

created over more than 20+ years of industry experience. (Second generation)

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct market research to identify ongoing projects and new upcoming

launches in the luxury residential real estate market.

2. Attend product launches, networking events, and industry conferences to stay

abreast of market trends and expand professional network.

3. Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads for new project launches

and hot resale deals.

4. Follow up on leads generated by marketing to ensure conversion into site visits.

5. Showcase luxury properties to clients during site visits, highlighting their features

and providing clients with a detailed understanding of the same.

6. Present comparative analysis of visited properties to assist clients in decision
- making & having consultation calls for the same.

7. Negotiate and close deals by ensuring favourable terms for all parties involved.

8. Follow up post-closure to ensure smooth completion of post-sales

documentation processes.

9. Coordinate with the collection and accounts team for timely collection of

payments from clients.

10. Generate referral leads and references from booked customers to expand the

client base.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
