**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Library Management**: Oversee the daily operations of the library, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment conducive to learning.
- **Resource Curation**: Select, acquire, and catalog a diverse collection of books, periodicals, and digital resources that support the school's curriculum and students' interests.
- **Reference Services**: Assist students and staff in locating and utilizing library resources effectively. Maintain a dedicated reference area with computers for research purposes.
- **Reading Promotion**: Develop and implement programs to encourage reading and information literacy among students. Organize book clubs, reading challenges, and author visits to foster a culture of reading.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with teachers to support classroom instruction by providing relevant resources and integrating library services into the curriculum.
- **Library Policies**: Establish and enforce library policies and procedures, including the management of checkouts, returns, and overdue materials.
- **Professional Development**: Stay current with advancements in library science and educational technology. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance library services.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's or master's degree in Library Science or a related field.
- Previous experience in a school library setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in managing digital resources and library management systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for promoting reading and learning among students.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
