**Position**: Manager cum Billing Person
**Location**: Edachira, kakkanad
Working hours: 3PM to 3AM. (shift can be changed)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Management**:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff,and other team members to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a positive dining experience.
- **Billing and Finance**:

- Process customer orders and generate accurate bills.
- Manage financial transactions, including cash handling.
- Maintain meticulous records of daily sales, expenses, and inventory.
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to uphold excellent customer service.
- Schedule and organize staff shifts to optimize productivity.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Monitor and manage restaurant inventory levels.
- Place orders for supplies and ingredients as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management and billing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
