**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Collection Design & Development**:

- Create weekly collections for menswear shirts and kurtas based on fast fashion trends using AI-assisted design tools.
- Conduct trend analysis and research to ensure that designs are aligned with the latest fashion movements and customer preferences.
- Develop detailed patterns and digital mockups, ensuring design precision and clarity for production.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop for creating digital designs, pattern making, and DTF printing mockups.
- **Production Oversight & Quality Control**:

- Oversee the entire production process for menswear shirts and kurtas, ensuring designs are executed with high quality.
- Coordinate with internal and external production teams to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Manage and optimize resources (human and material) to streamline production processes.
- Conduct regular quality checks, pattern cutting, and DTF heat transfer printing for specific designs.
- Oversee additional job works such as buttoning, embroidery marking, and embellishments.
- **Technical Expertise & Process Management**:

- Ensure accurate pattern making and embroidery marking to maintain production standards.
- Develop and implement production line-ups, keeping turnaround times (TAT) in mind for seamless delivery.
- Oversee the outsourcing of production activities, maintaining a high standard of quality control and timely delivery.
- Prepare reports and production plans, track inventory, and identify potential issues before they escalate.
- **Collaboration & Multitasking**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and sales, to bring collections to market.
- Manage time and multiple design projects efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and with precision.
- Adapt and contribute proactively in a dynamic startup environment, balancing design innovation with production practicality.
- **Leadership & Team Management**:

- Lead and mentor junior designers or production staff, ensuring all team members understand design specifications and production requirements.
- Facilitate smooth communication between design and production teams to resolve any design or production issues swiftly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in fashion design, preferably in the garment or apparel industry.
- Strong technical expertise in menswear cutting, stitching, pattern making, and garment production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and familiarity with AI-based design tools.
- Excellent knowledge of fabric properties, garment construction, and production processes.
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of quality control standards.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while working under pressure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to adapt and collaborate in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
