**Req ID**: 342476 We are currently seeking a SFDC Architech to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN). Key Responsibilities Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture for Service Cloud and related modules. Lead the design and implementation of integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.). Provide technical leadership in Salesforce best practices, data modeling, security, and performance optimization. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to align architecture with business needs. Ensure adherence to Salesforce architecture principles, integration standards, and coding best practices. Conduct design and code reviews, ensuring high-quality technical deliverables. Define governance frameworks for Salesforce releases and integrations. Support pre-sales and solutioning activities by contributing to proposals, solution demos, and technical documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Salesforce architecture. Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Case Management, and CTI integrations. Strong experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, Jitterbit). Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and security model. Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices (Copado, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps). Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and integration patterns. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders. Good to Have Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA. Certifications such as Salesforce Integration Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect. Experience in multi-cloud implementations (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud). Knowledge of event-driven architecture and asynchronous integrations (Platform Events, Kafka).
