**Your role**
- Manage and process mandatory corporate actions, including dividends, coupons, redemptions, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate events.

Ensure accurate and timely processing for various securities and events.

Monitor and reconcile corporate actions and income events.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth processing.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Provide support and guidance to junior team members.

Assist in project delivery.

Ensure SOPs are up to date and reviewed annually.

**Your expertise**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate actions and income processing.

Strong understanding of financial markets and securities.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
