**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct 1.5-hour art classes every Sunday morning.
- Teach foundational to intermediate-level art techniques.
- Engage students in creative projects and hands-on activities.
- Monitor progress and provide individual feedback.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5th year (either currently enrolled or completed).
- Prior teaching or workshop experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Compensation**:

- **Rs. 200 per student per month.**:

- Payment will increase proportionally with the number of enrolled students.
- Materials and tools can be discussed during onboarding (if applicable).
