- As SAP UI Architect, you will serve as the conduit between businesses and technology for Enterprise Applications. You will work with SAP Architects and Enterprise Application team members, providing insights and articulating the art of the possible with Fiori.
- Communicate with business, operational team members, and define the solution for the SAP development team to help identify and transform requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to UI/UX development process based on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) requirements
- Scout, analyse, evaluate on trends and latest technologies in the SAP UI / UX environment
- Activate standard SAP Fiori and configure SAP Fiori Launchpad Design, Develop and Deploy a great user experience in SAP S/4HANA
- Take corrective action on any issues arising during the UI/UX development process
- Contribute to development with the team members and in code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions
- Be responsible for driving technology and engineering best practices in the teams and champion their adoption
- Mentor developers on software design, coding practices and TDD strategies and form a holistic mentoring

**ROLE REQUIREMENT**:

- 15+ years of hands-on UI design and development experience (ReactJS/AngularJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, SAP UI5, HTML, CSS), technical design experience in designing cross-functional solutions and proven expertise in completing design, development, testing, debugging, delivery and support for complex SAP enterprise solutions of significant size, scope and complexity using SAP Technologies. Min. 3-4 yrs. of exp.in architecture.
- Deep understanding and demonstrated knowledge of industry trends and standards of SAP Cloud, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud Integration, SAP UI5, or any similar SAP Cloud Platform Solutions (Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, Big Data) corresponding software development and business development tools and methodologies
- Experience in preparing the technical backlogs and assess the complexity and technical feasibility of the requirements and own the development and delivery responsibility of your scrum team.
- Demonstrate the technical design and solution meets SAP Cloud product standard requirements.
- Work closely with Product Owners / Solution Architects and Project Managers to understand the solution and delivery expectations and ensure quality technical solutions that minimize technical risk (delivery includes design, development, testing, documentation, go-live and maintenance & support activities)
- Participate in Customer design thinking workshops with Architects PM, UX Team and build confidence on cloud technology solutions and platform capabilities.
- Responsible to identify the re-usable components and microservices that could be used across other engagements and expedited the delivery and quality.
- Deep understanding on continuous integration, and continuous delivery and DevOps (8Cs) principle. Embrace cloud mindset and start-up culture in your team.
- Experience in executing innovative projects for demos or showcases with using SAP OR Open Source Technologies
- Proficiency in state of the art programming languages and concepts and willingness to share and grow this knowledge, e.g. Go, Ruby, Python, Java, JavaScript and knowledge.
- Goal-oriented team worker with excellent communication skills embracing agile programming practices and pair programming practices.
- B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA with an aggregate score of 70% or above from IIT/NIT/any Premium Institutes.
- Experience in multiple SAP modules will be a plus.
