We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Sports Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is designed for individuals with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in sports marketing, offering a chance to lead and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns in the sports industry

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1) **Develop and execute comprehensive sports marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
**2)** Lead the planning and execution of sports events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
**3)** Create engaging and compelling content tailored for sports-related promotions across various channels.
**4)** Conduct thorough market research on sports trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
**5)** Collaborate with athletes, influencers, and brand ambassadors for effective promotional activities.
**6) **Manage and optimize social media platforms with a focus on sports-related content.
**7)** Analyze and interpret data and metrics to measure the success of sports marketing initiatives.
**8)** Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures and promotional content.
**9)** Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the sports marketing team.
**10) **Contribute to the day-to-day administrative tasks within the sports marketing department.
**11)** Guiding students about Selection process & Application

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, sports management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in sports marketing.
- Deep understanding of the sports industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Proven track record of successful sports marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
