*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Sales and Revenue Growth:*
- Generate new sales leads and convert inquiries into bookings, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell travel products and services to increase average transaction value and revenue growth.
2. *Customer Service:*
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build rapport with customers, understanding their travel needs and preferences to offer personalized solutions.
3. *Product Knowledge:*
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of travel products and services, including destinations, airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, promotions, and competitor activity to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
4. *Telesales and Communication:*
- Utilize excellent communication and persuasion skills to engage with customers, build trust, and close sales.
- Handle customer objections, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
5. *Data Entry and Administration:*
- Accurately enter customer data, bookings, and sales information into CRM systems and other software.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and sales metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
*Requirements:*
1. *Education:* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
2. *Experience:* 2 -5 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or the travel industry.
3. *Skills:*
- Proven sales and customer service skills, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple calls and customer interactions simultaneously.

1. *Travel industry expertise:* In-depth knowledge of travel industry products, services, and trends.
2. *Language skills:* Proficiency in multiple languages, depending on the customer base and market.
