**Job description**

We are looking for an individual who has minimum two years experience in US taxation field and to develop his/her extended skills in US taxation and US tax compliance in a friendly fast-paced environment.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Proficiency in tax analysis, preparation/review of tax returns, front-loads and tax equalization calculations.
- Communicate with taxpayers in collecting missing information to prepare the return and any other tax related matters
- Prepare and review miscellaneous tax, payroll, and international assignment cost projection calculations, gross up calculations.
- Participate, or possibly lead projects, in expatriate tax, foreign national tax returns, and Global Coordination.
- Report to the engagement Manager(s) or Senior Manager(s) and assist in leading the overall engagement management as well as provide technical guidance to junior team members.
- Assist in conducting tax research relating to expatriate/foreign nationals and draft tax advice
- Draft correspondence with IRS or state taxing authorities in relation to tax notices and/or audits for expatriates
- Serve as a buddy/mentor to Associates

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
