**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and generate interest.
- Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales/lead targets.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Report daily call status and outcomes to the team lead/manager.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
- Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service preferred (freshers can also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English, regional language is a plus).
- Persuasive and goal-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
