**Job Profile**:

- Implementing the company's pre-shipment quality protocols with the suppliers.
- Coordinating and substituting tasks of the local surveyors (Geochem/Intertek). - Being present at ISO tank loading to verify the cleaning certificate, verify the clean ISO tank, and check for contamination.
- Identifying possible contamination sources (valves, hoses, filter, surrounding area)
- Representing RFS at ISO tank loading and reporting the loading matters similar to the surveyor report of Geochem/Intertek.
- Visiting ISO-tank cleaning stations where ISO tanks are cleaned and identifying possible risks of contamination, and assisting in improving and controlling possible risks. - Visiting and maintaining quality relationships with the suppliers, routine inspection of their facilities, and implementing a supplier ranking and supplier audit.
- Providing market intelligence on each of the facilities by observation and red-flagging potential hazards and pitfalls with respect to quality control and quality assurance.
- Remaining informed about local crushing operations and local business situations (seed availability, margins, trade, to crush or to reduce crushing).
- Remaining informed for the crop and different stages of the cultivation of crop growing and harvesting.
- Remaining informed on post-harvest storage-related conditions that can impact the quality of the feedstock to moisture (ochratoxine) and storage conditions of soy-seed post-harvest.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Experience in supplier management and audits.
- Experience in conducting inspections and investigations to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Familiarity with Non-GMO Soybean Lecithin and food-grade market specifications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- ood analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication in written & spoken English (as co-ordination is global).
