**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive advertising strategies tailored to client's target audiences, objectives, and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique value propositions and business goals.
- Create compelling and impactful ad campaigns across digital and traditional media channels.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify target segments and consumer insights.
- Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to optimize advertising campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Manage the end-to-end process of campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Work closely with creative teams to design visually engaging and effective ad creatives.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising.
- Present advertising concepts and campaign results to clients, incorporating feedback and refining strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey advertising concepts and strategies.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative approaches to capture target audience attention.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and audience segmentation.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimizing campaigns for conversions is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹18,736.04 - ₹49,647.59 per month
