**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify and target potential clients in need of software development services through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored software solutions.

Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations, demonstrating the value of our software development services.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a deep understanding of our services and to provide accurate project proposals.

Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records in CRM software.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our services.

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand our professional network.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular reports on progress and performance.

Gather feedback from clients and relay insights to the development team for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in sales, preferably in software development or IT services.

Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and technologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their business needs.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
