
Field Sales& Marketing Executive

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused male sales executive to join our solar rooftop projects team. The role involves identifying potential clients, promoting solar solutions, and managing end-to-end sales. **Contact-8122895704**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and engage potential customers for solar rooftop installations through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and propose tailored solar solutions.
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and government incentives.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and financial plans to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collect payments from clients as per agreed terms.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and payment collections in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay informed about industry trends, government policies, and advancements in solar technology.
- Interact and follow up with TNEB for approvals.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and community events to promote solar solutions.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Basic understanding of payment processes and financial record-keeping.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, site visits, and payment collection.
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and with a personal bike (preferred).
**Additional Information**:
- **Work Hours**: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
- **Location**: Egmore, Chennai.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
