**Purchase Assistants for Interiors Firm in Hyderabad**

**Qualifications**: Any Graduate

**Experience**: Minimum of 3 Years of experience in Interiors Materials Purchase

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Should have experience in handling all the Interior material purchases especially Marbles, Tiles, Granite, Grouting, False Ceiling, Paints, Partition Materials, Plumbing, Carpentry, Sanitary Fittings, Dado, Pantry Storage, Waterproofing, Electrical, Safety, Airconditions, HVAC, etc.
- Finding the vendors/labours and negotiating for site works.
- Negotiating with Suppliers and vendors on Price & Payment Terms (as per company policy)
- Creating cost comparisons and suggesting the preferred supplier or vendor for the issue of Purchase or Work Orders.
- Expediting the delivery of material to make sure the suppliers deliver the material within promised delivery time.
- Expediting the delivery of manpower to reach the site on time.
- Preparing the payment approval form and make sure the advances, part payments and final settlements to be reached to suppliers/Vendors on time.

- Patience, honesty, and willingness to learn new things.
- Well organized with an understanding of priorities and changing demands
- Have a professional knowledge of Microsoft Office is important
- Additional language would be an advantage

**Salary**: Rs.25,000/month to Rs.35,000/month based on experience and performance and as per the industry standards.
