- 1. In your role, you analyze specific market requirements and elaborate on related buying decision factors as well as comparable competitor advantages- 2. Identify Medium Voltage market trends for AIS primary switchgear & digitalization, drive ramp-up of AIS primary switchgear and create requirement specifications including economics calculation.- 3. You drive and coordinate the development AIS primary switchgear as well as cost-effective AIS primary switchgear.- 4. Need to have Closing coordination with Local and HQ R & D as well as HQ PLM for driving the R & D PLM Projects. Need know-how of all PM milestone processes.- 5. You promote and spec-in medium voltage AIS switchgear at the Domestic level and provide sales support for complete AIS Solutions (panel, breaker digital solution in it)- 6. Responsible for yearly MI activity.- 7. Execute small projects along with operations, DTO for cost optimization when such requirements are generated.- 8. You support medium voltage AIS-related product homologations in the Domestic as well as Export regions.- 9. Responsible for the development of NXTools+ for AIS product.- 10. Provide Product and NXTools+ training to sales/ execution team and customers.- 11. You align the go to market and product strategy for our license AIS primary switchgear with Sales and Channel partner organizationYou’ll win us over by having:. 3. You are a team player with distinctive intercultural competency.- 4. Effective communication skill to deal with global network, customers and cross functional team.- 5. You should have depth knowledge of AIS Products like Panels, breakers and its type testing- 6.
