We have job opening for the **Account Executive** with below job responsibilities.

**Location: Thane**

**Total Experience: 2-4 yrs**

**Key responsibilities would include;**
- Prepare documents for bank guarantee, letter of credit, demand draft and co-ordinate with the bank for the same and other transactions.
- Check sales bills entry calculation, advance receipt payment for Civil.
- Process payroll: Staff Salary calculation monthly. Ensure timely calculation of salary for laborers.
- Download credit card statement and reconcile with vouchers as and when required.
- Pass credit card entry payment in Tally
- Check purchase bills of for company or group companies for all required details.
- Make entries of all received payment in Tally and sales bill entry
- Ensure all cheques are prepared error-free.
- Pass all project site expenses entries in Tally.
- Check Labour contractor bills.
- Ensure timely ledger reconciliation.
- Laborer & Employee account opening follow-ups.
- Reporting - Ensuring the timely monthly accounting closures and monthly reporting of various business lines

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
