We act as the bridge between the hospital and the home, delivering out-of - hospital care that enables the patients to either achieve a speedy recovery in the best suited environment or achieve highest quality of life during their end stages. **Position **:Duty Doctor - Night Shift Organization : Sukino Healthcare Solutions Pvt Ltd. No of Position : 1 - MBBS Graduates with minimum of 2 year’s experience. **Responsibilities**: - Active participation in the clients' admission process at the Continuum Care Facility, from a medical point of view, understanding the needs of the client and the scope of services provided. - Detailed initial assessment & holistic continuum plan of care anticipating the duration of stay at Continuum Care Facility, interact with nutritionists, physiotherapists and work as a team with nursing and paramedical personnel. - Daily care of clients at Continuum Care Facility and periodic updating of the relatives or representatives of the clients or other specialty doctors involved in the management of the admitted client conforming to regulatory and accreditation bodies. The primary role will be in monitoring and charting a plan of care for the rehabilitative, recuperative and palliative care clients. - Planning discharge process in synchronization with the therapy department capturing import milestones and relevant clinical details. - Regular daily scheduled "CCF Centre team" meetings would need to be attended to involving the CCF operations head, therapy lead, nursing supervisor, clinical coordinator, nutritionist and other concerned personnel from Sukino to review, analyse, address clinical and/ or operational aspects of CCF functioning related to the holistic care process of the clients. **Salary**: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Provident Fund Schedule: - Night shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 2 years (preferred) Shift availability: - Night Shift (preferred) **Speak with the employer** +91 9731430691
