**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Media Studies, or related field.
- Proven experience (5-8 years) in editing, content creation, or publishing, with at least 2 years in a senior/editorial leadership role.
- Exceptional command of language, grammar, and storytelling techniques.
- Strong editorial judgment with the ability to balance creativity and accuracy.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in editorial tools, content management systems, and digital publishing platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
