**What Are We Looking For?**
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Campaign Coordinator to support our Campaigns marketing team in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns. The Campaign Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams, including revenue marketing, operations, content, digital, and sales, to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and delivered on time and within budget.
This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with a passion for marketing who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow their career.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Management**: Coordinate campaign deliverables and timelines, ensuring smooth collaboration between design, content, and lifecycle marketing teams.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including sales and product marketing, to ensure messaging alignment and maximize the impact of campaigns.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to digital and/or traditional campaign management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in GSuite and project management tools like Monday or Asana.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to interpret campaign data to make informed decisions.
- A team player who can work cross-functionally and is willing to take initiative.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in B2B marketing or lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Experience working at a startup or scale-up
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
